Q: How does it work?


A: When you connect with Christian Challenge’s website to give, you are accessing a secure BlueFire form where you provide information about the source of your donation (credit card, debit card, eCheck), the amount, and whether it is a one-time or recurring donation.

Q: How secure is this system?


A: These are the security protocols BlueFire employs:

  • PCI-DSS Compliant
  • Security scans performed by third-party ASV
  • All forms and management areas are SSL/TLS secured
  • Brute force protection on all passwords
  • Billing addresses are verified with processor (when possible) to prevent fraud
  • Email accounts are verified
  • We mitigate against all known and common security threats
  • Sensitive data is protected by military-grade encryption

Christian Challenge does not collect any identifying or financial information about you in our computers. The BlueFire system communicates directly with ours to tell us your name and the amount of your gift but does not give us any information about your card or bank accounts. BlueFire also automatically deposits your gift in the Christian Challenge AZ bank account for us.

Q: Do I have to “log in” to use the e-giving system?


A: No. You do not have to use the registration and log-in function. However, creating an account will streamline the recurring donation process.

Q: Will I be charged a fee for this service?


A: NO. The BlueFire system will charge Christian Challenge a small fee for every transaction. The fee is NOT reflected in the amount you give unless you opt to cover this fee on our behalf through a selection you make at the end of the form.

Q: How will I know if the recurring donation has been made?


A: An email will be sent to you before a charge is about to be made on your account, giving you time to modify or cancel it. After the transaction, you will be sent an email receipt thanking you for your donation and noting the date and amount. You will receive an Annual Donation Report from Christian Challenge AZ for tax purposes by January 31 of the following year.

Q: How soon after my e-giving donation will the money come out of my account?


A: Normally within 48 hours of your request. US banking rules govern money moving from one bank to another. It takes a little time for your bank to release the funds, and for it to appear in our bank account.

Q: Can I designate my donation to a particular cause?


A: The donation form gives you the ability to choose which missionaries, ministries and/or projects you prefer your donation going to, but understand that all contributions are made with Christian Challenge AZ having complete control and administration over the use of the donated funds.

Q: Do I have to use online giving to donate?


A: NO. You always have the option to mail a check to our State Office made out to Christian Challenge and sent to 424 S Beaver St, Flagstaff, AZ 86001
